
Christopher
Bauman CEO
Chris comes from a business background, specifically dealing with marketing, sales
and management. His charismatic nature and love for music make him attractive asset to Chordcraft. Through Chris'
leadership and networking skills, Chordcraft was admitted into the Indiana Business Incubator Program, where it is offered
strategic assistance by the Indiana business and investment communities. Creativity, innovation, and vision are his strongest
attributes. Being able to develop new products and services from raw idea's and bringing them to implementation is his
specialty. Being the grandson of Chordcraft's original founder, Verne Engblom (1964), also make him a prime speaker
in terms of tradition, and bring with Chordcraft a historical attachment to the music industry. Chris received his education from
Valparaiso University with a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology, along with a minor in Business. He is also scheduled
to receive his MBA (Master in Business Administration) from Valpo in August. Chris experiments in a diverse array of music
anywhere from acoustic to pop rock.

Dave Panek COO
Dave has an extensive background in computer systems operations and implementation. Dave is the
founder and former President of Widestream, a software and system security company designing and controlling all aspects of
clients internet needs. His creative nature and ability to give input on all phases of a website design and Implementation
set him apart from many others in his industry. His extensive knowledge of computer, software, and telecommunications

Mike Mangione CTO
Mike is a professional musician who has through the years acquired many industry contacts and a vast amount of
knowledge concerning the music business. Mike brings with his talents an intuitive ability to outreach to a diverse set of
people and talents, and helps bring those talents to their full potential. Mike’s unique ability to find talent and
creativity in all situations, along with his boyish good looks, help Chordcraft find and retain the best people available.
Mike went to Marquette University, earning a B.A. in Urban and Environmental Affairs.

Kevan Bauman CCM
Kevan, like Chris, has a strong emotional attachment to Chordcraft, being the grandson of founder Verne Engblom.
Kevan has extensive knowledge of "grassroots" home studio production. Kevan also has a vast knowledge of graphic
design, and is responsible for both the current Chordcraft and FanFound logos. He serves as a great asset in designing
marketing material and helping fuel new idea's into the company, while at the same time managing a team of gifted
minds. Kevan currently is involved in the hip-hop scene under the stage name of Bau Down. Kevan received his education from
Valparaiso University, receiving a B.A. in Political Science along with a minor in Public Relations.

Jack Bredberg Chief Programing Engineer
Jack graduated top in his class from Valparaiso University with a
B.S. in Computer Science along with a minor in Mathematics. He retains an expert knowledge of programming, with a specialization
in creating interactive software. His expertise in website design and team management skills bring to Chordcraft unmatched
talent. Much of this computer guru's free time is spent programming, designing web sites, and gaming. He is a firm

Nicholas
Bruns Program Director
Nick comes from a diverse background in database management and user interface analysis.
Team organization skills along with an uncommon ability to offer mediation between music and technology worlds are his most
powerful attributes. Nick received his education from Valparaiso University, earning a B.S. in Computer Science and Math,
along with a side concentration in Philosophy. While enjoying the technical aspects of Chordcraft products, Nick also believes
in Chordcraft’s goals of encouraging the expansion of live music.
